Cheap parking compared to New Brunswick. Daily parking is across the road and a bit far off. Have an attendant every evening to let the traffic out onto Jersey Ave road. Monthly parking is hardly a few feet away from the tracks if you go in early. But some drivers back up to park in the morning rush hour and a queue forms behind. Be considerate, people. Everyone needs to catch the train.

The station is okay. I had to rely it on getting the train home a few times when I was in New Brunswick for work training. One of the most frustrating aspects of this stop is--unless you're extremely early--you cannot stop here in the mornings if you're coming from Trenton; \local\ trains skip it and stop at the New Brunswick stop instead. Then from New Brunswick, you would have to get another ticket to Jersey Ave., and get a train going the opposite way that actually stops there. Another negative is the lack of traffic lights crossing the street to walk to the station. There were times when I've had to wait several minutes to carefully cross the train tracks and street, longer depending on how busy Jersey Avenue is at that time. This area isn't as safe as it ought to be for pedestrians, especially those who rely on canes or wheelchairs to get around. In addition, the Jersey Avenue train stop closest to the station building isn't too bad. If you're there during hours when it's open, you can use the restroom. After that, you're out of luck. The Jersey Avenue train stop area behind the parking lot, however, isn't that great. There are areas where those waiting can sit down, but they are somewhat small and one area barely protects you against the sun's bright smile. Finally, I don't know if this counts as a positive, but I got to watch two deer play while waiting for the Jersey Ave. train home. Granted, they were running back and forth on the train tracks, to and from an opening in the fence near the train tracks...
Simple place to park and catch a train.
Easy tonget parking and trains originate herein the morning so works out well. Good frequency through out the day in the way back. It is ona north east corridor line.
Train station with no platform. Does the job though. Good thing, parking is affordable & available. Not too many train options, but as they say something is better than nothing.
