No bs, great doctor, but hard to come in contact with and prescription refills are consistently a hassle

He promised to take care of a few talking points during one tele med visit, and even told me that his nurse would call me before the next week to show me how to use the medication. I’ve missed the dose because they never called back. When and only when I hounded them, incompetent receptionist told me that first of all, no availability for weeks. Second of all, for the other talking points, there was absolutely no data in my chart. All his staff should be banned from practicing medicine.
Dr Marshal answered my concerns based only on stereotypes and general observations of my ethnic background. He simply ruled my daughter’s condition based on her ethnicity without even asking whether or not it was something that runs in our family. He did not recommend any tests, did not ask about our family history and just wrote my daughter’s condition off as a ethnic norm. In addition, he spent the majority of his time trying to figure out how tall she will be, a question I did not even ask him. Then he proceeded to tell me she was the tallest girl in her class to which my daughter relied she wasn’t. He was so matter of factly replied no that can’t be true!! I highly doubt that all the kids in her class are his patients where he can just make such a statement. I even brought in MRI images indicating that perhaps something was not quite right which was the whole reason why I went to see him. Dr Marshall is presumptuous and makes medical decisions based on stereotypes and not medical facts.
