Wow. Moved here from San Antonio and what a difference between the two locations. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and assured someone would be with me shortly, was spoken to with kind, professional and respectful tones, and was provided swift services. Whoever is running this place is doing a great job enforcing customer care protocols!
This is the second year that I have completed an auto registration at this location. Without question, these are the friendliest and fastest personnel I have ever dealt with relative to registrations. Keep up the great work!
This morning I went to have the titled transferred on the car I inherited from my grandmother. I went 30 minutes after they opened and there was no line. When I entered the tax office I was greeted by almost everyone in there and immediately directed to a window for assistance. I observed this every time someone else came into the office. All the personal were friendly and eager to help as soon as someone came in. Great job to the Comal County Tax Office!
I don't think anyone is ever excited to go to the tax office, however, this tax office is awesome - everyone is nice, professional, and most importantly - HELPFUL. I sincerely appreciated the help I received this morning when I was transferring my new cars title in my name - so in short, this office is great and they work hard, long distance high five to this staff!
