Travis at Burch law was absolutely amazing. He represented me for two accidents (July 2016 and October 2017). He never sent me for unnecessary treatment, let me follow the treatment plan prescribed by my doctors which often led to seeing multiple doctors at a time. I appreciated that he was there when I needed help finding doctors or had questions, but didn't smother me and need to know my every move. He always keep me updated with the progress of my cases. He is very straight forward and to the point which is what I like. When we discussed my cases, he was realistic with the amount of money he believed we could get (and he was right). Jeannette was always a pleasure and so helpful. Hopefully I don't need representation ever again, but if I do I would definitely call the Burch Law Firm to handle my case. Kyla is such a patient and helpful person. She helped me with my medical bills, understand the amounts paid (at some places I had care for both accidents and multiple payments were made throughout the process), and determine the total balance that needed to be paid so I don't have to worry about medical bills anymore. The Burch law firm team I worked with was amazing and made the process for both cases painless.

Mr. Burch and Mike Garza were absolutely amazing. I never thought I'd ever be put in the position where I needed a lawyer for a traffic accident. I was represented by Travis and I found the Burch Law Firm to be an ethical practice. I was not sent to receive any more treatment than was necessary to facilitate my healing. I’ve dealt with an unscrupulous firm before, and this experience was the complete opposite of that. Travis always kept me informed of the case and the progress being made and Jeannette was always a pleasure to deal with, as well. The biggest positive I can give is to say that if I ever needed representation again, I would definitely call the Burch Law Firm to handle my case.

The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and we could not have accomplished this without their help!!! Emails and phone calls were always answered the same day and within 24 hours of our first consult, they were able to accomplish more than we did in over 3 weeks! This is an excellent law firm and I have never been a fan of lawyers
