I took my 9 month old baby to see Zoe at New Body after recommendations from some friends. She hated the car seat and buggy and spent much of her days being generally unhappy. She was born with a tongue tie, which I had revised at 5 weeks. The specialist who did the revision said her neck and chest area was very tight and recommended some osteopathy, but due to lockdown it didn't happen. After 2 sessions with Zoe, she is like a different baby. Calmer, happier and more mobile. I've actually had some really enjoyable days with her this week. Zoe is very friendly and great with babies. Osteopathy isn't cheap (especially on maternity pay) but a calm and happy baby is pretty priceless. Great location too, easy to get to.

I have been going to New Body Osteopathy for the past 2 months and the results I have received were amazing. I had a lower back injury that was affecting me to walk and do my day to day activities. However after my sessions with Vina over the past 2 months I have seen such massive improvements. I have been given core strengthening exercises that have helped me so much during the process of recovery. I just want to thank Vina again for the amazing treatment and if any problems ever occur again I will have no hesitation on coming back.
Paul is amazing!! He helped me with a knee pain that prevented me from running long distances. We worked on my knees over 2 sessions and everything is back to normal :) So happy as definitely recommend !

I visited New Body Osteopathy with a stiff neck and Esther managed to make me feel better within a day. The treatment was very effective and Esther is very friendly and attentive. Will return sometime for a deep tissue massage.
