New Bell used to be good but they’re HORRIBLE now. They’re always lying about the estimated time, half of the time they don’t even show up. The dispatch guy is rude and impatient, quick to hang up on us customers when we’re just trying to get to our destination.

dispatcher do not know how to talk. if you need a car or a driver do not use this service as dispatcher is so rude. he talk like he is president of usa and other person is slave. I am Damm serious careful when you talk to dispatcher do not let anyone disrespect you period.
