Staff were very friendly and attentive. Coming over after a while to see if we were ok. Not pushy, rude or aggressive sales. Wish every retail shop was like this. Woman behind the till even giving advice on how to wash mud off etc.
Always loved the New Balance factory shop, ever since the early days when it was at lillyhall. Lucky to have it in Flimby, west Cumbria.
Great prices and sales on products, not a huge shop but it still does have a good mens and womens collection. Very safe and compliant with Coronavirus regulations which may result in you standing outside in the queue and their capacity is very restricted.
Visited a couple of times. Not a huge selection inside but can get some decent stuff for cheap prices . Staff have always been friendly too.
