Excellent emergency service. The nurses were very kind and welcoming. The quality of the service was very good. The doctor was amazing and I take this opportunity to thank all the personnel who were very kind and professional. The waiting time depends on the nature of the emergency. Overall I strongly recommend this hospital.

After several outpatient consultation visits, my first admission here for check for superb. Staff services are top notch and professionalism at its peak.
I came to see a gynecologist, Dr Lepage in the American Hospital of Paris for two reasons. First, the hospital seemed a good and professional establishment, second, they did a lot of ads on their gynecology department which made me believe that I would have a good care here. When I arrived, the reception was good, the hospital seemed well equipped, everything seemed fine. But the doctor (the most important thing in a hospital!!!) was without doubt one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. I think if Dr Lepage would be as interested in his patients as in his well shaved beard, the hospital would need less ads to get new patients. He was not interested in my problem, he did not respond to my mails after the consultation (even though he told me that I can contact him for urgent matters). Not professional and definitely not trustworthy. I thought I would have a better experience in this hospital.
Two of our sons were born here in the mid 90’s. We STILL talk about how great everyone was and what memories we have! Doctors, Nurses, food..... ALL wonderful!
Excelent service and attention. I had a PCR test: fast, quick and nice.
I asked the receptionist of the particular doctor I wanted to see to confirm that my medication is available in France before I made the appointment with the doctor. She confirmed it is. I came back two days later for the appointment and in the appointment the doctor said the medication isn’t available. Then I was still charged 250 euro for a 15 minute appointment I got nothing out of. I emailed the hospital explaining the situation and that the doctor didn’t even offer an alternative. I asked for a refund. They refused. Disgraceful.
Really really REALLY bad experience. If I could give it zero stars I would. From the entitled, arrogant staff to the completely unhelpful uninformative doctors. If you are pregnant and looking for a doctor and/or hospital, the best decision you could possibly do is pass on this place. TRUST.
