Appalling service. I took my road bike in with a gear problem. We had to ask for someone to have a look which he did. Then a couple arrived to enquire about new bikes so he left for 10 minutes. During this time another person arrived with a puncture, leaving me standing in front of him, he did that too while chatting to the customer, after another 10 -15 minutes I took my bike and walked out. Honestly, if he had said, leave it and come back, no problem, but just to leave me there with no explanation or acknowledgement is very awful service.

2ème fois que nous achetons un ensemble nike pour notre petit garçon. 1er lavage le signe est déjà tous décollé.. Au prix que les vetements coûte je trouve ça abuser.. J'espère que le geste sera fait .. Mécontenté
