Very good service, I was out but the engineer came and replaced the boiler motor. He came and did a very tidy job and the boiler is back to being nice and quiet again. Neon were recommended to me a friend and it was a good choice.

Graham came so quickly in response to my call to neon late in the afternoon, he was professional, trustworthy and kept us safe. When I made the call the lady on the phone was so understanding and calmly and quietly assured me they would help as quickly as possible which was very quick

Tread very carefully if you are having multiple plumbing jobs done as part of a larger, renovation project. We asked for a justification of the price when we calculated that we were paying London daily rates for an apprentice and newly appointed plumber! Had the workmanship been excellent, we may have overlooked this but that wasn't the case. Likewise we struggled with the manner of the boss, Neil, when confronted with our questions. We re-negotiated the job and the price tag to our satisfaction but clearly not to his! Two stars are given for the politeness and courtesy of the two fitters who had the unenviable task of trying to please the building team with whom they were working, the client (us!) and their boss! Would not use again unfortunately :-( P.s Our project was carried out at the beginning of 2020 - perhaps a better customer service is now offered given that several customers have awarded 5 stars on here. I hope so. Post Script I have now just read the response from Neon Heating and would like to briefly clarify. I am the customer from Dymock but would never publish my full name and address on a Google review site. That would be unprecedented. We still have an excellent relationship with the builder, electrician, kitchen fitter and roofer who have all returned to do further work. It was only Neon Heating with whom we had the issue. My family live in London and my nephew is a heating engineer - we know the prices that are charged. At no point did I say in my review that an apprentice was left on his own. If work undertaken by Neon is of the quality and standard that you claim it is, this review will have no impact on your client base or future work. It is simply my opinion of the company and our particular experience. I wish you well too.
