Neil responded quickly to my email about our oven not working and arranged to come and have a look the next day. He turned up within the time he'd given and had the part to fix the oven straight away. Excellent service, will definitely use Neil again if we have any appliance problems.

Excellent service fixed my washing machine for forty pounds ..miles cheaper than buying a new machine. I can't recommend Neil enough!! Don't buy new book Neil!!

Neil turned up on time and not only quickly diagnosed the washing machine problem he came for but also a cooker problem we had been working around for a year. He promised to be back in touch within a week once the parts he ordered had arrived and sure enough I had a text off him 6 days later. He arranged to make us the first call the next morning and both the washing machine and oven were up and running by 10am. He was professional and knew the ins and outs of our appliances even though some of the parts were discontinued. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Neil and he will be our only call in the future.
