We rented a brand new TVS NTORQ for a very attractive price. Staff met us in the airport and after our trip drop us back. They took 100 as a deposit and after our trip gave it back with absolutely no questions. You can count on their support during your trip. Really wonderful service! Everything was super!

Although we can't compare with other agencies in Sri Lanka, we would definitely recommand Shane Tours! Please read why :) We rented a dirtbike for three weeks and it was the best choice we could've made. If you pack light it's possible to travel with two on one bike and your luggage as well. Ofcourse if you both have a motorbike driver's licence and are good driver it's even more fun to ride alone (you must be a good driver, traffic is not always easy). We saw the nicest places and met the friendliest people, quite sure we wouldn't have reached these without travelling on motorbike. The reason I'm very sure that Shane is a good option is because we also had bike problems twice (which weren't our fault): Shane was always easy to reach, trying to help us from a distance, arranging prices on the phone and immediately offered to pay everything when we would get back to the office (which he did). We had very different experiences in other countries, so we were very happy with his approach. To compensate our trouble he even gave us a free ride to the airport when we needed to get back. He was very friendly and helpful all the time. Don't hesitate to book here!
Shane and his father are great guy's to deal with, Shane arranged my drivers permit and AA card before we got there and had all the documents ready for me, the bikes are in good condition and he is the cheapest company to rent from, Shane asked me to bring an Australian flag for his shop, that I did and when we returned the bike after 8 awesome days Shane had a gift for me, a motorcycle plaque with the Sri Lankan flag and Shanetours logo, that went straight in my games room when we got home, I really recommend these guy's there honest and helpful, we'll be back next year with a group of mates to hire from Shane again!
Shane is the best! This is the place to rent. We went around Sri Lanka for 10 days and never had an issue. The bikes are top quality and the service is great.

Very good experience. The motorbike was in excellent conditions, new chain and new brakes installed before I rented. I traveled around Sri Lanka with the Honda Baja 250cc for about 1 month and had no problems at all. Excellent bike both for road and off-road with more than enough power to guarantee and amazing experience. Shane was amazing checking on us throughout all our travel. Highly recommended.
Rented a scooter and tuktuk from here for my Sri Lankan road trip. Very professional with great personal touch. They gave a scooter and tuktuk on different occassions which are in great condition. I've done my first two day's and last day's trip on a scooter and another 10 days trip on a tuk tuk. During my 2 week's road trip, these vehicles didn't give any complaints at all. Shane tours gave me the best price and all the dealings were very transparent. Getting the security deposit was completely hassle free. I will totally recommend them.
Rented a TVS NTorq from Shane for a week. Right from the moment I dropped him a message for enquiry till we returned the bike, Shane was extremely helpful and courteous. He even got the Permit made for us. The bike itself was pretty new with less than 10k kms put on it and there were absolutely no problems with it even once during our entire trip. He takes really good care of all the bikes, atleast from what we saw. He even gave 2 helmets per bike which is the norm while riding on Sri Lanka. He also has other bikes available for rent and tuk tuks. It is a family run business and Shane, his brother and father are extremely warm people. I would recommend them any day!!
