The second time I have stayed here. Lovely rooms with a view of the beach. The guys there give you great service. The food is delicious. The beach is lovely and not at all crowded.

The food is delicious, can especially recommend the banana pancake for breakfast. Furthermore the staff is so friendly, they recognized me after 3 weeks coming back from travelling and welcomed me very nicely. There is a great chill out area at the beach with hammocks, beanbags and chairs to enjoy a beautiful sunset in the evening. The entrance is nicely decorated and on the wall, you find travellers recommendations as well as a very cool map of Sri Lanka. Best place to get either introduced to Sri Lanka or saying goodbye to this wonderful country!
This is a wonderful getaway. Very prompt staff. A very relaxing experience. Excellent meal choices. Attention to detail is a whole other level. Highly recommended.
Beautiful spot right on the beach, lovely place to unwind after a flight! The manager is exceptionally helpful and the staff are very friendly and the food is great! Would stay again if I were in Negombo
Need a shady place for hangout..?Meeting up with some old friends..? This is it. Nice setup, clean rooms, Cheap. But they CHARGE CORKAGE FOR IN HOUSE GUESTS TOO....!! (hence only 4 stars)
Absolutely fantastic. nice beach and beach beds, hammocks, good food, crunch your thirst with a chill beer. good and super friendly staff. Try your first night and then you will extend more.....
Nice place to spend a day out near the beach at a low cost. Food is healthy and Sri Lankan. The Arrangements are attractive.
I cannot recommend this hostel. Terrible place. The owner saw a mug shot of a Corona suspect and called the police I was the suspect. Then 20 police officers with machine guns came and took me out of the room at 12 noon and sat on a chair in front of the hotel. The man in the mug shot didn't look like me. I called the embassy and a friend of mine who speaks the local language helped me to get out of this situation. However, the hotel owner was not on site at the time, only his assistants. I was turned innocent into a suspect. The man I was looking for didn't look like me, the hotel owner simply said that I was the person I was looking for instead of comparing the photo with my passport. I was about to be locked up. Here the guests are treated very badly. It was a cruel experience. The hotel owner has not yet apologized for his gross misconduct. This manager should bear the consequences for his behavior. The police stood in front of me with submachine guns. The hotel owner was no longer on site. He simply called the army and police out of suspicion without checking my passport and photo. I learned all of this afterwards from his employees. Furthermore, the baths in the dorm are completely dirty and overpriced. Overall, I will never go back to Sri Lanka after this behavior of this man and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Better go to another hotel or hostel. There are enough that are better for this high price. Furthermore, the food is very, very expensive. I am sorry to have visited this place as accommodation. The misconduct of the hotel owner is simply disrespectful towards a person and also a guest. It was the worst experience on travel in my life. Such a bad behaviour from a Hotel Manager never experienced
