Great shop with an amazing stock of hardware! Staff were so helpful! Love this shop and Needham is Gorgeous! And the Needham Lakes with flocks of Geese, ducks and beautiful Swans.
Proper hardware store. Chris and Claire always go the extra mile. Always go there rather than a large store if I can.
Great store, stocks all the bits that the big boys never have, just been round two well known DIY stores, but ended up again in Needham, my first port of call from now on.
Called in today to try and buy a part that no other shop in Stowmarket had (Wickes, Plumbase etc), didn't really expect to find it here, and I didn't, BUT the guy I spoke to in store made phone calls to other contacts and merchants on my behalf and managed to track one down. A proper 'can do' / 'happy to help' philosophy, pleased to recommend a small, local, independent shop!
