Really happy with service in Boots Opticians Neath after being sent from GP on referral due to concerns about my blurry eye I've been seen within 15 min highly professional explanation provided for each test and nice polite and smiling staff only needed eye drops but mind been put at ease highly recommended place would advise calling in to book in person instead of online booking as generic error on website every single time will definitely be back when needed again thank you

Second time ive had great difficulty in booking appointmnents 2 years ago they cancelled appointments on me twice before i finally had appointment. This time waited 2 months for appointment to find they booked it on the wrong day. Have two disappoibted children and probably another long wait with another optician
