When phoning for a cab they did not once say over the phone that to pay by card you have to pay when booking and over the phone. When it came to the end of the taxi journey we were not allowed outside to grab money and when I phoned the office up to pay by card they said we had to pay when booking, when I told them I did not know that, the woman turns to one of her colleagues and said “are you sure about that” and they both laughed. Safe to say I will not be using this rude service again.
I have used Neales Taxis on several occasions and the drivers have always been on time and the prices are ok (not the cheapest in High Wycombe). I will however not be using them again after the last time. I booked a car with my dog which I was charged extra for and forced to book a 6 seater despite being the only passenger. The driver clearly hated dogs and was very rude. He forced me to put the dog in the boot of the vehicle which was not secure and then had a go at me asking if my dogs hair moulted which it does not, he is a small very clean dog and does not moult. He said I should bring old clothing with me next time to put down so that there was no chance of any dog hair going in the vehicle. He was so rude and threatening. Neales should not have sent out a driver that hates dogs knowing beforehand that he would be having to transport a dog.
Yesterday, I was waiting for taxi 40 min. Called them 3 times and explained that I feel anxious to stand outside. However, the person on the phone said it is not his problem that I feel this way. Used services for a while almost every day paying 11 one way. Spending money on the company who doesn't care.
