NCP horror carpark. Beware if disabled badge user. The only mention of charges for disabled is on the entrance sign. Every other notice signage it's not mentioned. Is this deliberate to catch penalty charges from stressed carers. Try 70 charge if you get it wrong. Go by train cos South West Trains treat disabled users like Royalty. Avoid!!!!!!!!!
