Upon arrival the landlord was unaware we had booked a room, confusing us for a different guest who had cancelled. Once that was cleared up he showed us to the room which was a good size, although a little out dated. We had a good view of the car park and, to the right, Jewson. The bar down downstairs had a good selection of ales and was cosy, but again a little dated. In all, the Navigation was immaculately clean, the room and bathroom were a good size, they were generous with the soaps and shampoos and the only downside was it was reminiscent of my grandma's home... Fifteen years ago.
Lovely pub with really friendly staff. Amazing refurb and gorgeous outside space! Always a great experience and environment - can't wait for more post lockdown cocktails!
