NOTE: Complaint yet UNRESOLVED. UPDATES FOLLOW. Details and communication exchanged available on request In short: Rohit Waghchaure along with Sooraj Wishwakarma went back on their word (on YOU broadband speed for smart TV) AFTER they got us to issue a cheque ( we stopped payment for now). Ankushree Bhattacharya, the store in-charge hangs up on our call and claims she is the owner. Her senior Kulsum Gilitwala COVERS UP for her and so does, in turn her senior Arvind Maiyya for some motive of theirs. And one Mr. Subhashish Pande is MIA. Yet waiting for one Mr.Ashish Menon to call now, WILL UPDATE. if, as and when he does call and the issue is resolved, WATCH THIS SPACE. For P Nandi

I just wanted to port my number to vodafone which is free but after starting procedure he asked me 50 Rs. I asked him what charge is this? He said it is our shop charges. This is my shop and I can charge. I definitely going to raise this concern. This is not geniun practice. These people are cheating customers.

My experience was bad over here. I visited this gallery All the way from CBD to port in my Airtel no. The lady lied to me that postpaid number can not convert to prepaid while porting in. Such a big lie. After I called up on toll free to complain she changed her statement! Later They didn't give any bill and I feel I was also over charged! Visit with full knowledge or else you might face same trouble.

They never pick up calls and their services are the worst .......pathetic workers . Absolutely useless staff with two computers out of which only one works. The work is never done on time and is always delayed with some or the other lunatic excuse!
