Terrible service Unprofessional staff that cannot resolve anything, I had to call their HQ in order to get something done. I would have liked to never bought a car with them but unfortunately as they know they are the only dealership in the area you must get whatever they want. I hope Ford and Lincoln looks into it and if they don't get extremely better, they should close this dealership. It it incredible to see the car you love that much staying a month without any care from them and do they care if you have an issue with your commute? Of course no, you can drop dead and they wouldn't care less
