Went in with a vague name of what I wanted - Essiac's tea - after trying Neal's Yard (who weren't very helpful nor welcoming) and another tea shop. The lady was happy to help, explained the product, dosage and how to use it. Honest and helpful customer service.
Fantastic customer service, quick turn around, extensive staff knowledge and generally just very helpful, they usually have what I need and if not they can often order it in for you.
