I went for a piercing that I had booked, which was amazing the piercing I can not fault the service was brilliant. However the lady who worked for the salon, asked if me, my friend and 2 year old son had a mask, in which we did. However obviously my son didn’t as he’s only just turned 2 and doesn’t require a mask plus he’s a toddler. I replied with he doesn’t need one in which she questioned so me ask my friend both said that he was too young in which she made my friend take my son outside. It was lucky I wasn’t alone with him. She then went over to the client she was serving and started to talk quite loudly about how no mask and they can’t come in. Even though government guidelines say infants don’t need masks. After I felt quite uncomfortable, as she was obviously talking about my son.

Got an appointment within 45mins for a septum piercing. The staff here are lovely and the guy doing piercings is so nice,caring & calming. No rush & plenty of talking through the procedure. Love it, thankyou
Me and a friend came here with out kids a 2 year old and an 11month old as were single parents, we went in booked in, the first lady who saw was lovely said we could wait inside with the babies as it was raining, a second lady then came to us and said we couldn't wait inside as the babies didnt have a face mask on. Ending us waiting outside for out appointment getting soaked in the rain. Absolutely disgusted by the second ladies attitude towards us
Absolutely fantastic piercing service - the best piercer I know! Work always done fast, very high hygiene standards, professional approach and knowledge with always a very pleasant atmosphere to it. I’d recommend to everyone who’s looking for a professional service and really great experience :)
My daughter had her nose pierced,hygiene top class,very strict with there covid guidelines.
