I’ve used several vehicle rental places in recent years. Nationwide are by far the best. Friendly staff not robots, flexible attitude, and very competitive costings. Not only do I use them to rent a SUV for myself, but I’m now using vans from them for my new business. Highly Recommended

Awful service, was assured that van would be available for the morning, took our money and we were expecting good things. Morning came, no van at promised delivery time, so we called and they said that booking hasn’t been confirmed and they would chase it up and see if any vehicles were available. Called ten minutes later and was promised a call back with news shortly, called them again and the gormless man on the phone informed me that there was simply no vehicles available. Asked why I wasn’t informed about any of this, from the no confirmation or no vehicles available, I did all the chasing myself and was offered no explanation. I Think the man on the phone has a permanent cold on the brain.
Joke of a company. Prices aren't advertised with VAT and when asked to cancel due to that issue was charged a 41 admin fee. Customer service were nothing short of passive aggresive. Avoid!!
