I have now sourced two cars from Nationwide and would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them. The whole process from quote to delivery and then collection at end of contract runs like clockwork and help is always at hand should it be required. This has also applied throughout the covid pandemic. Add all this to competitive pricing and you have a very happy customer.

Avoid this company - As a customer who has now leased two vehicles from them I can honestly say the customer support is shocking. On the 22-12-20 my 2 year old vehicle was picked up, the mileage was 6k less than I could of used under contract. The vehicle was valeted before pick up and was in perfect condition, I had any scratches from alloys removed prior, and body work was great. The gentleman inspected the vehicle for over 1hour 20mins, he pointed out a couple of very small marks on the bodywork honestly you could not see them, I received a bill for almost 800, not sure if the guys from the auction house (BCA) are on commission??? one detail was a tyre which I was happy to pay but not at over 300% mark up.. They reduced the cost by half after I complained. Hours later I received my new car from them, a Peugeot 5008 380.00 a month it had a small mark on the car and still (26-01-2021) I haven't received the headrests missing from the back seats, talk about dangerous. I currently can't use the back seats - its dangerous your neck could break if you had a collision. This is a 36k car I have leased (GT LINE - Premium)

This was the first time I used Nationwide Vehicle Contracts and so didn’t know what to expect. All I can say is that from the very start when ordering the car to when the car was delivered, every single person who I spoke to was professional, polite and extremely helpful. The process was seem less and the car arrived far quicker than expected. The proposal and finance documents were all done on line so no waiting around for things to arrive in the post. When someone said they would call you back they did and within the timescales given. The car is exactly as described and for the price advertised. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone. It is refreshing to deal with a company whose staff are first class. Thank you Nationwide Vehicle Contracts

I have used lease cars for 7 years with a company but decided to have a find a better deal. Nationwide was the best deal, great customer care and with good and very good reviews from other customers. I now have a four year lease and the car is wonderful. If only I had done my research 7 years ago I would have got a better deal but I was new to leasing then and just trusted the big dealerships.

I ordered my vehicle with Lola, she was extremely helpful and efficient and offered a very competitive price. The entire experience was very enjoyable, from point of order through to delivery. I will 100% come back and will be recommending nationwide to friends and family.
