Friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and the delivery driver was also very chatty and helpful when delivering our fuel. The approach road to our storage tank isn't the easiest to reach, but he managed it without taking the usual shortcut over the grass verge other delivery drivers have ended up doing down the years unfortunately.

We were looking for a new fuel supplier last week, as our old supplier couldn't deliver on the days we were going to be available and we didn't want to leave it too long. The driver making the delivery came first thing this morning. Pleasant enough chap. Given us something to think about the next time we need to order, whether it's from our usual supplier or nationwidefuels
Cant remember the name of the girl. But was very helpful and knew exactly what we needed adn provided us with some great advise for are needs. Will look to us again when we're looking to order again soon. Especially the girl who helped us. (Sorry forget name).
Needed fuel, ordered fuel, received fuel. Simple process & fast service will use again.
I placed an order from this company yesterday, confirmed and gave out my payment details. One hour later I was called back to say that the quoted price wasn't going to be possible, because I requested an afternoon delivery if possible. Instead it would have the be 4ppl more expensive!!! I told them that I was not happy about that, as we had an agreement. As they wouldn't budge, I then said that if afternoon delivery was that much more expensive, I could arrange to be home, as long as I knew what day they were coming. Again, I was told that the quoted price could not be given, as I needed a timed delivery. Explained again that I didn't need a time, as long as I knew the day, so therefore I thought it would be terribly unfair. After which the telephone operator changed her story again - that the quoted price could not be given as the oil prices had gone up. So I have heard 3 different excuses to why they couldn't hold up their end of the agreement. Clear customer misleading! Absolutely rubbish!
