Just been served by the rudest guy at the till. Couldn't be bothered acknowledging me and seemed to totally lack even the basics of customer service. He was working alongside a young woman who I overheard being extremely helpful. Glad I don't actually bank with Nationwide - was just paying in money to my daughter's account.

Had the amazing pleasure of speaking to and being helped by Yvonne Sutherland. Such an amazing soul with an astonishing personality. She guided me through the whole process of opening my bank account, answered all my questions, and responsed to my concerns. Would 100% recommend. One of the easiest banks to work with.
