Fantastic service, especially from Yasmine. Can't speak more highly of the service received. My 2 children finally decided to sign up to a Help to Buy ISA, a complex process over 2 days. Nationwide was extremely helpful in sorting this out.
My partner and I went to get some back statements and Linda gave us the best customer service we have ever received at a bank! It’s surprising how such a short interaction could make your day so nice.

Last week I went to Bournemouth branch 45 minutes before closing and I have been told to come another day, blonde guy with red glasses couldn't care less and continue chit chatting with his colleague. Today I went to Poole branch if i had had got the same service I was going to close all my accounts. However I met with \ Ahmed Emad\ branch manager in wimborne but today he was working in Poole branch, was extremely helpful. The service was beyond my expectations. I am so happy that he was there to help, nationwide please keep good people and get rid of the bad weed
