Great branch everyone is so friendly and helpful! would be brilliant if they had a branch in Rhyl as well but it's nice to go over to this branch in Colwyn Bay any help or questions about anything booking appointments it's all sorted for you FAB highly recommend!

Been with them for over 40yrs never change .
Gone to the same branch for years. First with my mum to open a child account, then later for all my banky stuff. They have always been helpful and freindly even if I'm 100% clueless :P
Nice little cosy bank, when i went to set up my first bank account the staff were really helpful and guided me through the process really quickly.
