After going to both Lloyds and Santander and being spoken to abruptly I went and asked the same question at Nationwide and they responded in a much nicer way and explained to me why they cannot do something due Banking rules, thank you for explaining and being helpful.

The staff are very happy to help, parking near by and there is a ATM inside and outside. New remodeling of the interior adds some unusual, yet reportedly comfortable seating and a fresh new look.
