Card got blocked. and i went there to unblock it as thats what they told me on phone. I got there. They told me should be fine in 24 hours. Only to find out a week later its not unblock and i have to risk going back there again.

Love the new refurbishments, staff are very polite and helpful.not like the Kettering branch.
New restyled branch, which feels a bit ‘Apple’; advisors loitering around benches with laptops waiting to help. I used the big paying in machines inside which seem to work well with little fuss.
Staff friendly and very helpful. All you need from a local branch. Customer service excellent.
