Bit poor. Booked car in for tracking and they hadn't done it. Eventually had to come away with job not done. To be fair the lad was on his own there with too much to get through. Communication non existent. Went to thecolne branch and they were the polar opposite.
Absolutely exceptional service, went in for 4 tyres, new discs, drums and pads. Also asked them if they wouldn't mind checking out a couple of noises coming from my wheels. They found a couple of faults (which I knew were genuine) and only did the work if I was happy to approve it. Communications were spot on. Dealt with Brian who kept me informed every step of the way, and who's a really good member of the team. Thanks again! Drives perfectly!
