Rang up at 10:30am on a Sunday morning. By 11:45 I had 2 new tyres and tracking sorted, while you wait service - so fast I didn't get a chance to read the paper I'd bought! Amazing service, polite, friendly and informative staff. Can't think why I would need to go anywhere else for tyres etc!
Amazing service on a Saturday when they were very, very busy. Kept me up to date with progress. Covid-19 safety text book so felt very safe. All staff excellent but 6857 (didn't have name on invoice and I forgot to ask) went above and beyond, if National Tyres read this could you at least email him to say his professionalism was much appreciated :-)
Good fitters quick work and know their stuff
I looked on line at 205/50/17 93w price was 47 fitted when i arrived at depot to book in i checked price and got quotes from 78 for tbe same tyre what can you say about this before you tell me they were different tyres im 45 years old and worked on cars, trucks and agricultural tyres since i left school ive fitted more tyres in my life then the whole of your Norwich depot have supplied since the opening. Ive done breakdown on side of tge road for national tyres on their fleet work so exsplian please.... Ps same tyres at fast-fit on Dereham Road 49.99 fully. Inc each
