I was quoted 550, after diagnostic, for something which was done in 5 minutes for 32 at another garage. I was quoted repairs for things that are not broken. Let's say they will never see me again.

i bought bought 4 continentals for my merc, best price locally, they kept in full contact by phone before my appointment for fitting... communication is important, rare to see these days in business...well done !!!!! my only negative... they need to put some mags in the waiting room, i was lucky, my fellow customers actually spoke to each other, another rare thing .
