Excellent what more can I say! Dean was brilliant and is very knowledgeable. All the staff are polite and friendly. I have been round the block and back again trying to find a fair, honest and reliable garage and this place is by far the best experience I have had to date. New exhaust, even polished my end pipes! finished my service and treated me with respect! 10 out of 10. I will only ever use these guys now. Thank you.

Very helpful when I heard a strange noise coming from my car!! Efficient, friendly service and explained everything to me. My husband and I will continue to use National Tyres Truro as they go out of their way to help and provide a great service. A particular thanks to Dean and Reece(and another young man helped me on my first visit, thank you to him too!!). A great set of mechanics, thank you.

Booked in on line to have a car battery fitted only to be told I'd have to wait upto an hour as the job was booked in between 10 & 11. The e mail didnt say that at all & I waited over 20 mins. This is fine if I'd just popped in on the off chance but I had other appointments that day which is why I booked in!

Very disappointed bought and had 1 tyre fitted from national tyres in Truro. New tyre was fitted and put to 38 instead of 32. I also asked for all tyres pressures to be checked which was told \all tyres should be 32\ but was only checked with an old style tyre pump and was not changed. One tyre was 31 and two tyres was 30 and the new 38 after checking and being told 32. The car and Asda tyre pump was the same confirmed the tyres pressures was incorrect. Also staff had a couldn't be bothered attitude
