Nice enough place to come for a walk. There’s a wooded area with walks. The walled garden is really nice. Some impressive cows grazing round the grounds. The kids had fun chasing butterflies round the garden. There is a small lake and the ducks entertained the kids too. There was somewhere to get a coffee.

Beautiful place to visit particularly on a sunny autumn day. Really well set up to be COVID safe. Plenty of parking space and then a good one way circuit to walk around the lake and to the house. The cafe and toilets were open which makes a huge difference. Well done National Trust keep on going please.
Beautiful autumn day went for a long walk around woods and lake. Loads of people taking advantage of the fine weather. Unfortunately house closed due to Covid restrictions. Socially distanced outside catering. Well done National Trust.
Great for woodland walks (3 different ones available). One way system in place around the main gardens to keep everyone safe. House is closed but the cafe is open for takeaway. Shop is also open. Nice area in front of the house to have a picnic and there are a few picnic tables scattered about.
Pretty place, with nice walks in the woods. Ample parking on site
