Was very good. For 5 in you can't complain. There's a lovely walk round the grounds and a self guided tour. The coffee shop felt a bit lacking for food options. No hot foods.

The Argory has surprised me twice over. Firstly, there are a number of lovely walks through the woodland and along the river Blackwater. And secondly, the house having just reopened after the Covid pandemic closures, the interior is also fantastic. It has lots of the original furniture that the family that used to live here left for the National Trust, and kind of feels like they just left yesterday.
Very well kept gardens with some nice walks. The river walk was unfortunately closed due to flooding but will be back for that as it looks a very nice walk. For people with dogs the was plenty of rubbish facilities and water bowls for dogs set out
Signed up for an NT membership after a walk round the gardens in the snow, brilliant staff and lovely gardens for a good walk
Great grounds and gardens, the house itself is well worth seeing. Bonds bridge itself is worth seeing and if your into water sports etc there is a slip way at the side of the bridge. The river itself has some great match fishing. Roach, big bream etc.
