For a first time customer, I'm very disappointed in the tax fee they give u 2 choices either 245.00 from your return or 100.00 in cash not only was the price ridicules, but they'll pick how you receive your money It doesn't make sense for one return to go direct deposit and the other come by mail convincing you to believe that lie AMD when you show them proof that that's a lie, you can have them both deposited into your account, they'll then say the STATE DOESN'T Deposit any more they better do their research cause it doesn't say THAT!

I have been coming to this place for a few years . But this year for the fee so be so high and get no discount for being a loyal customer SMH. Than they offer to give u 50 just for filling with them than to find out they deduct it off your money , as I was told after 50was deduct it for a tax preparer sitting in front of me what kind off offer is that. Indian giving.. I ask to speak to the owner never call me. You just lost a great customer, and am taking my friends and family elsewhere next year.
I love national tax Mr.russo the young lady that does the insurance and most of all Cookie I've been going There for years my favorite place to go!!!!!
Very professional and comforting also very informative clean efficient definitely recommend this place
