I was approached by Keara from NSA regarding a Recruitment Trainer position, I was already in an established job so not really looking, however Keara soon illustrated the benefits of the company and the role, it was an attractive option. Keara was professional and very personable. Any questions I had were answered in detail. Unfortunately on the day of my interview there was an accident on the motorway with huge delays, I was re-routed via my google maps, which suddenly stopped working, as you can imagine I was rather panic stricken. I rang Keara who jumped online and calmly directed me in, had it not been for her help and support and patience I would of not made the interview and got a great job.
I am currently working at a position that Keara has helped me gain. I must say it is very fulfilling and I am very happy at my current role. At every stage of the recruitment process Keara guided, helped and advised. The communication levels were phenomenal and Keara's professionalism is second to none. I am employed as a recruitment tutor at a training company and come with 10 years recruitment experience. In all my professional career Keara is one of the very few that I hold in high esteem. Keara reminded me how people centric recruitment is and the difference we actually make to peoples lives. I wish Keara all the best and i guarantee if anyone ends up with Keara either candidates or clients you'll definitly be impressed.
