It's good that they want us to make appointment first but all slots are full until God knows when. So how to make appointment?

We were there doing our ROM during CMCO. The staffs were incredibly helpful as they would inform us of any rescheduling (due to closure of their office during the dates we picked) and reminding us again hours before the event. The staffs were also very friendly when we were there and assist us the best they could to help us make our arrangement smooth sailing. It was a pleasant experience dealing with them.
Was good experience. I went to take out another copy of my daughters birth certificate.. The lady at the counter charged me 5rm.. When I was giving 5rm the other lady at the counter asked me why am I paying it.. And both the girls started to look each other.. And eventually I understood that one girl wanted it.. So she asked me. However it was not necessary maybe she asked me for her lunch money lol.. Kind of theft inwould say. Making foreigners fool nothing else
You need to do an appointment now to do your business here. Guard is strict. Better come early because you will still be queuing outside before you can enter premise. Staff is nice as always.

I can't seem to get a slot on the mytemujanji website. I can't tell if it is a system error or their slots are full until July. What next if we urgently need documents?
Fast but making unnecessary money. I applied for a death certificate. Application form has 2 sides; one for the particulars of the deceased and another for the applicant. They asked for my IC to verify my details as the applicant. Then they also asked me to make a photocopy of my IC at their counter 15 for 50 sen with no receipt given. When I asked why it was needed, they said it was for them to know the details of the applicant. But I already wrote it on the application form and they already verified me by asking for my IC! This is a waste of money, paper and storage space. And someone is making money by charging 50 sen for a photocopy which is not needed.
