The Rela guard was very helpful and the staff attending to me was polite. Over all good experience. Only thing I noticed was that they did not allow a young boy (age 12) in because he was wearing shorts (decent looking shorts) but this is generally the fault of the government for coming out with such absurd dress codes that is against people's rights and the lack of comensense and compassion.

One of the worst experience I had with any government agencies. Booked for an appointment to collect my wedding form at 4.10pm, reached at 4.05pm, scanned the QR code for MySejahtera, but RELA personnel inside insist that I register on the book too. At the time it ended, its 4.13pm, was told by counter officer they are closed when there are still officer on the counters giggling about. Was requested to return next Monday, then shown them the appointment system on MyTemuJanji is full for the next 3 weeks, only excuse given to me is ‘Sorry, too bad’. Are you kidding me!?
