Bad service. I would say that this branch should inform the people earlier if it closed due to the MCO things. many people disappointed when arrived. This is essential field and I don't know why it has been closed. Even during this pandemic situation all the important and urgent matters must be done. The government should have the better system to solve this issue.
Good service from the officer but TERRIBLE ATTITUDE from the 2 female rela at front door! I sent my father who is 70 y/o there to make changes on IC address, however, the 2 female rela outside only allowed my father to enter even though I requested them to let me in so that I can assist my father who can't read well. Eventually, they rejected me in a rude manner! I clearly understand it's CMCO but my father is a senior citizen so I believe that I should be allowed to assist my father. Please look into this issue.
Just went to the JPN Kota Damansara today, unfortunately they said that they are currently closed and will be reopen on 9th November. It's disappointing when no notice or announcement was given, be it in Google or any social platform. Even it is stated open in Google though (opening hour section). This is really disturbing and upset when we need to running other errands in other government office that are correlating, but it has to be postponed due to the JPN closing temporary without a valid and justify reason. Hence, all my business that needs to be run is stuck now, have to wait by next week then. To all Petaling Jaya peeps, within Kota Damansara that will be going there, hope you read this before you reach JPN KD all the way from your house. Else, you will be upset.

JPN officers are really helpful and easier for those who want to change their IC's..and getting their other's document.. birth certificate and death certificate etc.. easy parking..
The service is good but the Rela person in charge at the door is really rude.
