I asked about the best place to learn the oud, and I was directed to the National Music Conservatory which is apparently the best place to learn any instrument you'd like. The building is four floors and it is dedicated to teaching and music of all kinds. My instructor, Mr. Sakher is a master of the art and truly makes the experience as easy and enjoyable as it could be. I recommend this place
