Interesting and extraordinary place. It was a hospital in the past, but now it's a museum. By the way it's possible to selebrate company party here️
A guide is an absolute must. You just can't absorb all the information presented without one.
You can't visit there on the go. You have to plan with the the group and its not free

The tour takes 60 to 80 minutes. The guide operates switches for the demo, hence a guide is necessary. For English tour, 470 uah for one to 5 persons. If more than 5 people, 100 uah each. 75 per Student. For tour in Ukrainian language, there is a tour every day at 2pm all weekdays. 85 per person. On Saturdays, tour starts at 12pm and 2pm. Sundays holiday. Lot of surgical instruments from 19th century.
Museum where you can't go in unless you take guided tour. Tours available Ukraine,Russian or English language. Tour is wery interesting...kids will be boring there ,to serious for kids.Be better if the tour will be in little slower manier, it's hard to fallow. Other than that it's worth to see.
You have to book a tour guide before you get there, do not just turn up and hope for an English tour. I was turned away, but it looks great.
