I personally find it beautiful inside and outside. I don’t have membership, but I’ve visited some exhibitions, so I’ve been inside. They have interesting exhibitions (I’m posting some photos of an exhibition as an example)
Decent place to work but old-fashioned Communist era system to allocate seats. Some of the staff are friendly and understanding while others are emblematic of the notoriously intransigent mentality of staff working for public institutions. Ample room for improvement.
Great place! You can have coffee with a view at St. Sava Church. Friendly, professional English speaking staff. You should pay a visit, definitely!

I used to study there! The place is amazing well equipped just a bit crowded ( Serbian people are very erudite so all libraries are actually always crowded). On the ground floor there is a bar so students can have a snack.
