I know getting a call from a debt collector can be scary especially if you do not recall only any debt I am a financial assistant and a caregiver for a disabled person I just wanted to let you know that there are genuine polite and understanding debt collectors supervisors out there I recently resolved the issue for one of my clients by speaking with a wonderful woman by the name of Miss Stephanie white. I am genuinely writing this review from my heart I was not asked to write this review but I felt like when God puts good people on your line you should share your blessing

The representative that I spoke with was Natalie Burton. She was very nice and extremely helpful! The company was offering a discount at the time so she was able to get my debt resolved on a discounted price! Just make sure to have a welcoming voice and positive attitude when speaking with a rep and you’re good to go!
Absolutely terrible! I called in the morning I was told I would be able to access a letter of paid in full after 630PM and I'm unable to access the letter because the system keeps giving me a message saying invalid information which I have verified with the rude representatives 4x on each call I called in. Lastly right before close of the business the operator continued to cut me off and transferred me over without my consent to a voicemail! I'm furious I needed this letter today and was guaranteed I would have it the first gentleman offered me the opportunity to have it emailed but he left for the day and the other reps told me they don't do that . Its like they got me to pay and once they got my money it was screw me!
NCS helped me raise my credit score by 53 points, which took my rating from Good to Very Good, all within three weeks (I was told it would 30 days...so kudos to NCS). After carefully and passionately explaining situation to Erica Carter, she saved me hundreds of dollars, AND ensured me the collection would be DELETED from credit report, as if was NEVER there. Erica was very kind and gave me some great advice. Although I've paid my debt, I'm still very much so indebted to Erica. I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, I want Erica's help.
Worst company ever. They are very rude and condescending, just make sure you have a tough skin when talking to them. They lied from the beginning on my payment plan and turned me over to collections after I had been making payments with them. I called today to get my letter of paid in full and they gave me the wrong account number and I could see someone else’s full information about them! So glad to be done with this company.
