Sarah always senses what I need and no matter what method or combination of she uses, it is always exactly what my body needs. I ALWAYS leave feeling restored and peaceful. Most recently she gave me an herbal consultation and I left with loose teas that brought new life to drinking water and it's been a great way to reduce sugar cravings and address another level of health.
This was, quite simply, the best massage I ever had. And I have regular massages all the time. Sarah is able to go deep and break up the source of muscle pain and tension. In one session she restored mobility to my shoulders and wrist. She does energy work as well, including craniosacral therapy. I left feeling energized and having NO pain whatsoever. Sarah has amazing skills in both energy work and massage therapy. I highly recommend her!
