Jay and his team were great to work with! They made the experience as comfortable as possible and were very professional throughout the entire procedure. I am from out of town and that wasn't an issue at all. They were very timely on answering my questions prior to the procedure, and have been very good with following up with me since. I felt like I could trust the entire team from start to finish, and that really played a part in whether or not I would get the procedure done. The information provided to me was realistic and accurate, and a sale was never pushed, it was fully my decision and they helped me make it. The procedure was a little stressful but Jay was absolutely great. The team makes sure you know everything you need to for the outcome to be a success. Speaking of, it hasn't even been 6 months yet, and the difference is amazing so far. its not magic as it does take time, but you'll swear it was once you see the results. I went from having nothing to having a pretty full face of hair, its not perfect but being only 5 months in its to be expected. But honestly it's such an improvement from before that I'd be satisfied even if this were the final outcome. Id recommend these guys to anyone.
