We have been living here for 7 months now and no issues yet... the owner is a great person and the management is very good. All the problems are taken care off really quick by in-house staff. Pool and gym well maintained. Quite neighbourhood. Hill top location is beautiful. The school district is the best.

Great for retirement I guess. Do not come here if you have a baby/toddler because you’ll get evil glares everywhere. Plus, they don’t allow babies in their pool even when they’re wearing appropriate swimwear. However, they do have a kiddie pool which is warm, unfiltered and have dead bugs and trash floating in it.
