Very bad experience they over charge you amounts of money for silly stuff and are always trying to deal with other clients that are moving quickly in the Sales i am constantly chasing them costing me time and money

I have had the pleasure of using Napthens Solicitors for both the purchasing my new property and for the sale of my existing one, a year later. Initially it was on my estate agent's recommendation, but for my own sale I was so delighted with the ease that everything had happened I continued to use them and have since recommended them to friends and colleagues :) The lovely Kate Mercer was my liaison and I cannot commend her enough on her professionalism and excellent communication skills. I received all documents in a timely manner and was kept up-to-date for any eventuality prior to it happening. Kate is friendly, has a good sense of humour (much needed in this process) and is very approachable. She always made time for me, or got back to me promptly, and I felt able to ask any questions; regardless of how naive I may have sounded in the buying process (as it's been a while!) Nothing was too much trouble I felt! Anything sent out to me for signing, or outstanding queries to answer, were always well marked as to which parts to complete. Communication via telephone or email was always fast and easy. There were helpful check lists, to support each stage; that were a Godsend to keeping me right. Additionally when dealing with staff, in the office, they too were always helpful at passing on messages or answering concerns. I have been very appreciative at the ease with which my sale has gone through. It has been a quick and smooth process from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Napthens from both sides of my transactions (buying and selling) and will definitely consider using them again in the future. I wish them continued success in their business dealings; as it has been an absolutely pleasurable experience.
I have no hesitation in recommending Napthens and particularly Charlotte and David as there advice was infallible and I can honestly say I feel very comfortable moving in to this business with the advice and assurances they have provided and fought for in the SPA and disclosures. I don’t do reviews on businesses but I have on you with google as it is well deserved. On our next purchase, I will be coming back to you guys and I don’t say this to often but you earned my trust and confidence and once again thank you very much for everything.
Very good at what they do. Plus they do listen and take in what you say. Yes I would use them again.
