LOVED training here when in Naples! The trainers are all very approachable and helpful with so much experience. The owner is very accommodating for travelers wanting to stay fit. And the facilities are excellent. They work you hard but you can recover in their bar after class with a protein shake and a chat with the friendly staff or they are licensed! MUST try this gym if you're in Naples.

Dropped in when traveling in Naples. Nice place, good price, cool and friendly people. Took 3 muay thai classes, one beginners’ in the afternoon and two advanced at 7pm. They also have MMA and bodybuilding options with all facilities. The muay thai coaches are VERY friendly and I feel they have paid more attention to make sure I understand their instructions as I don’t speak Italian. Many thanks Francesco and Decio! Pity I was shy and didn’t get to take a photo with you! :) People who train there are very nice and helpful as well! One thing you might need to notice, I don’t think they have a fixed reception person and it might be that the coaches there just take turns and help with the registration and payment. I thought a guy was the reception but he got busy later and another coach helped me with the registration hahahah. I waited for a while and got a bit crazy but other coaches came and helped me hahahah I apologize Tips: If you feel unattended to by any chance when you register there, just ask the cutest coach for help ;) Overall, highly recommended!

Ho finalmente trovato il mio equilibrio. Luca, Andrea e Fabrizio sono delle persone spettacolari sia dal punto di vista umano e sopratutto dal punto di vista professionale. Staff in continuo aggiornamento. Portano avanti il loro lavoro in primis per pura passione.
